Every order is packed in plain, unbranded outer packaging — no logos, no scent, no “open me first” energy. Inside, flower travels in sealed glass or mylar to protect the cure, edibles ride in temperature-sane padding, and glass hardware gets wrapped like it costs what it costs. The invoice is digital, in your account, not taped to the box.

Deliveries run in zones. In the major metros — Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban — orders placed before the daily cut-off usually go out the same day or the next morning. Beyond the metros, count on 1–3 working days.

Every parcel is tracked from our door to yours, and the driver confirms the handover against your membership — the same 18+ check the club runs everywhere else. No parcel gets left with a neighbour or under a mat; if you are not there, we rebook rather than improvise.
