Constitution, Terms & Privacy.

The Seknd Nature collective constitutes a private physical space and a private digital domain. Membership is by application and is granted at the discretion of management. Members must be 18 years or older.

The collective operates on a private, members-only basis: cannabis is cultivated, held and shared among members for private use, and is not offered for sale to the general public. Members contribute to the running of the collective and receive allocations in line with the club rules and applicable law.

By applying for membership you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you join for personal private use, and that you accept the club constitution and these terms.

Member contributions, allocations and any delivery are arranged privately between the collective and its members. Allocations are subject to availability and responsible-use limits. Membership may be suspended or revoked for breach of the club rules.

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell cannabis to the public. All product and allocation information is visible to verified members only.

We process your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). We collect only what we need to operate your membership (name, contact details, age verification, delivery address) and we keep it secure.

How the site measures itself. Your browser reports how quickly pages loaded for you, and what the error was if something on a page crashes. We keep the page template — /shop/[sku], never the specific product or order — the measurement, and whether you were on a phone, tablet or computer. Error messages are stripped of email addresses, links carrying tokens and long numbers before storage, and identical errors are grouped rather than kept one by one. None of it holds your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string or any visitor identifier, and none of it is linked to your account. Speed measurements are deleted after 30 days; only a daily summary per page is kept longer.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers necessary to run the collective (e.g. payment and delivery), and only as required. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time via our contact channel.

Discretion by design. Sensitive identity fields are encrypted at rest, and notifications sent outside your email inbox — SMS, WhatsApp, push or Telegram — never name products or strains: only your order reference and its status. Signed-in members can export a full copy of their data or request deletion directly from Account → Privacy & data, no email required.

Club news is opt-in. We email you about new strains, events and member offers only if you said yes — on the join form, in your account, or by answering the one-time question we send members who joined before we asked (POPIA section 69). The box is never pre-ticked, saying no costs you nothing, and every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe that takes effect immediately. Messages about your own orders, deliveries and membership are not marketing: they run your account and reach you either way. Change your mind anytime under Account → Privacy & data.

Before payment. An unpaid order can be cancelled at any time from your order page — anything you applied (loyalty points, referral credit, gift-card balance) returns to your account immediately. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 7 days.

Wrong, damaged or defective items. Tell us within 7 days of delivery or collection — WhatsApp, the contact page, or a reply to your order email, with your order reference. We'll replace the item or refund it, including any delivery fee for our error. This is your right under the Consumer Protection Act and we honour it without quibble.

Change of mind. Unopened accessories and merchandise can be returned within 7 days of delivery (ECTA cooling-off); the delivery fee for the return is yours, and the refund covers the item price. For hygiene and compliance reasons, cannabis, edibles and other consumables cannot be returned once the seal is broken — unless defective (above).

How refunds are paid. Refunds go back to the original payment method (card refunds usually land within 3–5 working days; EFT refunds to your bank account). Gift-card and points portions return to your account instantly. Membership contributions are covered by the club constitution, not this policy.
