Linksfield is the collective’s first Johannesburg club — on the corner of Linksfield Road and Club Street, at the foot of the ridge, where the eastern suburbs meet the old north-east. Members come from Orange Grove and Norwood on one side, Sydenham, Cyrildene and Bedfordview on the other, and Houghton via the M1; it is a corner site with straightforward street parking on Club Street.
Hours are built around the Joburg week: standard business days Monday to Thursday, late nights to 21:00 on Friday and Saturday, and Sunday mornings. The branch also runs the collective’s Gauteng delivery — orders go out until 30 minutes before closing, which on a Friday means collections as late as 20:30. As the collective grows in Gauteng, Linksfield is where Johannesburg members’ evenings and tastings happen first.
