The Y

The Y, also known as Y Life, is a Cookies-family hybrid from Powerzzzup Genetics, bred from Girl Scout Cookies and Cherry Pie and best known as a parent of Gary Payton. The predominant flavour is fruity, supported by a slight peppery note and a slight earthy finish. The flowers are conical and small to medium in size, measuring 15 mm to 40 mm, with a dense, firm structure. The colour is a light olive green. Trichome coverage is dense across the flower. Pistils are short and light orange, with high coverage over the bud surface. On the nose, expect sweet berry and vanilla cream over a doughy, pastry-like base, with hints of lemon and earth. The terpene profile is led by caryophyllene, myrcene and limonene. At 22% THC, The Y is a high-strength flower. The effect is commonly reported as uplifting and euphoric at the onset, with a creative, focused and energetic head, easing into a relaxing body finish. Available in bud form.
