INKED is a one-day collaboration between Seknd Nature and Matthew Oldfield,  a Cape Town tattooer and visual artist whose public profile describes his work as open to all styles and links him to Tomb Tattoo, with bookings handled directly through him.

For one day, Newlands shifts into something more curated: a live tattoo setting inside the lounge, a deck gathering outside, cocktails, braai plates, quiet visual screenings into the evening, and a space built for conversation, style, and presence.

What to expect

The tattoo studio will sit inside the lounge near the couches.  Outside, the deck becomes the event space for the day and into the evening, with:

• a curated soundtrack
• braai-fired finger food
• premium cocktails
• Cannabis short films screening

Tattoo bookings with Matthew

Matthew will handle his own tattoo bookings and pricing directly. Seknd Nature is curating the setting, hosting the space, and bringing the right crowd together. Guests who book a tattoo with Matthew on the day will receive 1 free indoor pre-roll from Seknd Nature as a gift.
